The original virgin olive oil was extracted from the finest olive fruits, the oil from the trees of Palestine, with an acidity rate between 0.2% - 0.8%. The fruits were harvested manually using traditional methods to preserve its flavor without any chemical influences and quality that reflects the authenticity of the heritage. Nutritionally containing antioxidants, it is not just a food product, but also carries cultural and economic value for the Palestinian people, as it reflects our agricultural and craft heritage.
